Find answers to the most common questions about using your Fideliz account.
You can view your loyalty cards by clicking “Access my wallet” on the main screen or by selecting “My cards” from the side menu. All cards linked to your account are grouped there.
Depending on the business, you may have points-based cards, stamp cards, as well as coupons or vouchers.
At checkout, open your loyalty card on your phone and present the QR code to the staff. It will be scanned to validate your visit or add points.
Make sure you are logged into your Fideliz account, then access your wallet. Your cards remain automatically linked to your account.
During your purchase, present your loyalty card on your phone. Each card has a unique QR code that staff scan to add points to your account.
If a staff member gives you a 4-digit code, open the side menu, click “Enter Code”, then enter the code to claim your points.
Use this option if you forgot to present your card during your purchase or if your points were not added.
Your request is sent to the relevant business. Once reviewed and approved, the corresponding points are added to your card.
Once you have collected enough points, open the desired reward from your card and tap “Get reward”. A QR code will be generated—present it to the staff for validation. The required points will be deducted.
Open the coupon or voucher from your card. A QR code will appear—present it to the staff to benefit from the offer.
Open your card from your wallet. For a points card, your balance is displayed. For a stamp card, you can see the number of validated stamps and those remaining.
This depends on the rules defined by the business. Any expiration conditions are indicated in the information of the relevant loyalty card.
Depending on the card, it may be possible to request or receive points using the “Request points” feature. Conditions depend on the business.
The Referral section allows you to invite others to join Fideliz and benefit from rewards when the referral program is active.
From the Referral section, you can share your referral link or information through any channel you choose to invite others to join Fideliz and earn points, benefits, or gifts, depending on the referral program conditions.
The reward is granted once the referral program conditions are met. Rules may vary depending on the business.
Log in to your Fideliz account and go to the Profile section. Make the necessary changes and save them.
